Speaking

The Form Said Thank You

A talk for creative business owners and the people who build for them: why most lead systems fail without anyone noticing, and the one habit that catches it. From a working saxophonist who lost bookings to his own inbox, then built the thing that answers it.

The talk

01The leak you can't see

A form shows a thank-you message while the inquiry goes nowhere. A DM lands in a folder nobody opens. The business looks busy, and the best lead of the season is already gone.

02Capture beats reputation

Being known is not the same as being findable and answered. The talk shows what changes when every door leads to one place and gets a reply, whoever is at the desk.

03The test that proves it

One habit: test every door end to end, and get told the moment a lead lands. The audience leaves knowing exactly which door to test first.
