Consulting and build engagements
Here is how an engagement runs.
For creative businesses with real revenue and systems that lag the business. Four beats, in order. The first one costs nothing and you keep what it produces either way.
Forty-five minutes. Bring the mess.
You walk me through how the business actually runs today: where work comes in, who touches it, what happens when nobody is at a desk. You leave with a read on what to systematize first, whether or not we go further.
What you have, and where it leaks.
A consulting engagement maps the stack you already run and finds the handoffs where revenue stalls. You get an architecture every future build follows, in writing, yours to keep whether you build it, your team does, or we do it together.
The system itself, shipped in your accounts.
A build engagement designs and ships the pipeline that answers and qualifies inquiries, the dashboard that replaces twelve logins, or the content engine that publishes while you work. It runs in your accounts, not ours, from the first day.
You own everything.
Accounts transferred into your name, the documentation that explains how each part works, and a walkthrough with whoever will run it. Nothing we build depends on us staying.
How the money works
Half to start. Half on delivery. Nothing hidden.
Scope
Set on the call and quoted per engagement. Nothing outside the agreed scope gets built without a quote first.
Deposit
Half of the agreed total reserves your build window and starts the work. It is credited against the total, not charged on top.
Balance
Due on delivery, before the finished systems are handed over and the accounts move into your name.
Prices
None on this site, because the right scope depends on what your business already runs. A person tells you the number, on the call.
The full deposit terms are on the deposit page you receive after the call, and you agree to them before any payment option appears.
Proof
Every build on this site is live.
“I've seen Dennison's work firsthand. If you're an event professional who's tired of doing everything manually, this is the team to call.”
